He had previous cataract surgery in both eyes 2 years ago

What is the type of IOL used in both eyes?
Are there any corneal procedures used in both eyes?
A case of astigmatism and cataract.
preoperative refraction:
R : -7.50 / +3.50 X 177
L : -7.50 / +3.50 X 178
Clinical findings:
Right eye: Scar of Limbal Relaxing Incision LRI nasally and phacoemulsification incision temporally ,pseudophakic, monofocal IOL, posterior capsular opacification, YAG laser posterior capsulotomy is needed.
Left eye: pseudophakic, Toric IOL and YAG laser posterior capsulotomy is done.
