This video is in response to a viewer's question "is there a way to highlight the highest and lowest values in a pivot table row?". In the video I cover 2 methods to do this, both using Conditional Formatting. The result is that the highest value in each row is displayed with a green background and the lowest value in each row has a red background.

The formulas that I used in the demos:
=B3=MAX($B3:$H3) to find the highest value in the row
=B3=MIN($B3:$H3) to find the lowest value in the row.
