This one can be boiled down to two major requirements: max supply army, and creep spread. You'll want to focus your composition on high damage units. I prefer Mutas, but think Hydras would suffice as well. Grab your 3 base economy, and start flooding army units. Spread creep in your downtime (even sneak a Drone out to Raynor / Artanis' bases for extra creep). Once 3 crystals show up that you can easily get, go get 'em! Kerrigan's heal & teleport abilities are supremely helpful!
