While you may be reading headlines saying housing inventory has skyrocketed, Phoenix has a looooooong way to go to even come close to a “market crash” level of housing inventory. Just because inventory has increased from the record low levels we had in 2020, doesn’t indicate unhealthy levels. We have just climbed closer to “normal” levels of housing inventory in Phoenix.
