The CoVIDEO-19 Consultation
We've all been affected by the quarantine put in place to counter the global COVID-19 pandemic. Our face-to-face fitting practice has obviously been suspended during this time but we recognise many of you will still be cycling, either on your indoor trainer or outside as part of your permitted activity to maintain your health and wellbeing.
We'd like to help support you remotely with your cycling during lockdown but the simple fact is that we don't totally support video fits. While they can be a useful general tool they fall significantly short of the precision we feel is required for a full professional bikefitting and, to be blunt, we don’t want to put our name to it! However, something is certainly better than nothing so here is our temporary solution:
The CoVIDEO-19 Consultation
Place £50 non-refundable deposit on our full Bike Fit service, to be scheduled once lockdown ceases. To keep you going in the interim, you will receive a 30-minute video consultation with Phil to consider your bikefit generally. Please note this is NOT a proper fitting session but you can use this time to discuss your cycling history and have a quick look at your indoor trainer set-up to reduce obvious injury risks. We hope that this session will therefore give you peace of mind and basic comfort and minimise any glaring injury risks, in order to keep you healthy and cycling until such time as we can schedule your full fitting.
