Combining 12 years of industry experience with 5 years as a University Assistant Professor, he is now a mentor, author, and speaker, organizing workshops and hosting talks addressing a broad range of technologies. He also has a PhD in Graph Data Analytics, his work covering real-time recommendation systems, trust, and reputation engines, and social ranking algorithms. Given his fixation on Neo4j, Calin now models everything as a graph. At Endava, he is the Head of Development for 5 locations in Romania.
