For ~17 pieces (~500g):
Dough:
- 3 boiled egg yolks
- 100g sour cream
- 80g butter
~ 180g flour
- 1 tbsp.l sugar
- 1h.l baking powder (without slide)
- salt, vanilla (a pinch)
Glaze:
- 30g butter
- 30 ml of milk
- 60g sugar
For filling and sprinkling nuts ~ 100g. I have walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.
