Hello guys!
We are one step closer to finishing our log cabin!
In this episode you can see how we prepared the joists for the roofing and how we installed them.
This is the first and most important part of roofing. First we moulded, sanded, shaped and impregnated the joists. Then we did a bird mouth to all of the rafters and finally we installed them.
Also we needed to cut the log cabin walls in shape of gable roof.
At the end we covered the log cabin roof with tongue and groove siding planks. In the next video we will be installing insulation, roof paper and metal shingles. Stay tuned!
