Colony Ship U.E.S. Proxima flyby
Short flyby scene i rendered to the test out how time consuming video sequences with this model would be. This scene was a 7 hour rendering.
The U.E.S. Proxima was an Colony ship under the flag of the United Earth Space Probe Agency (UESPA) in the 2070s. It was famous for its experiments on vulcan warp drive designs in combination with Zefram Cochrane warp nacelles and of course for founding humankinds first extrasolar colony in the Alpha Centauri system. The ship was 283,8 meters long and was built as an hybrid design of an Explorer and colony ship.
The construction of the Proxima was made in "Eagle's Court" of the City of Science and Technology in Berlin and was officially completed for the New Year's Eve in 2069. The christening took place on the launch site of the Eberswalde space airport by the two siblings Victor and Tanja Euderion who were responsible for the construction project.
The Proxima was put into service with the dedication "Venturing beyond what others fear".
The Proxima is part of an world building project by the Euderion Fangroup to explore the history of the name "Euderion".
