We were concerned about not living close by our social circles, proximity to restaurants, nightlife & grocery stores.
Looking back, we were focused more on not living close by where we wanted to be than we were thinking about commute times to the places we would no longer be close by.
Seeing that the commute times weren’t much longer than when we were actually closer to our desired destinations and that the area had big development plans that would increase our home’s value, we felt more comfortable with our decision.
