Proof that Necromorphs are still conscious...? 😨 Dead Space (2023 Remake)
Here is another interesting hallucination that I captured in the Dead Space remake. This one needs to be reversed to be understood, and says "I know pain, but death hits different..."
This seems to strongly support the idea that Necromorphs may still retain some sort of consciousness after death/transformation, and are feeling extreme amounts of pain...
