How to Fix GTA 4 lag on Mac!

I made this video because no one else you bother. Follow the steps below. They are a bit more detailed.

1. Download iFreeMem Just Google It
2. Download the 1.0.7.0 patch from Rockstar games
3. Create a commandline.txt file in the ROOT of GTA 4 and put this text in it:

-width 320 -height 200 -refreshrate 60 -novblank -texturequality 0 -renderquality 0 -viewdistance 0 -detailquality 0 -shadowdensity 0? -nomemrestrict -norestrictions -noprecache -safemode -fullscreen

PS- The game will auto configure

4. press command+enter to make your screen smaller
5. Press command+tab and switch to Finder
6. Click on iFreemem and then click "optimize memory" (may take 1-2 mins)
7. Adjust you game settings like so:
