wega Breakfast: eLN Implementation at Roche DIA R&D: Validation of a SaaS Solution & Change to Scrum
The Roche Diagnostics R&D team is working in a complex technology landscape, which includes development of all kinds of Chemical and Biological compounds and Diagnostic Tests for the Customer Areas Core, Molecular and Pathology Lab as well as for Point of Care.
Implementation of one eLN System that serves for Lab Technicians and Scientists that are working from early research up to late stage development is a challenge as documentation of experimental results needs to fulfill ambitious Q&R requirements. In this talk, we describe our roll-out journey incl. finding the right solution, shifting from waterfall to Scrum and how to implement a validated, cloud-based eLN for the global R&D team with about 2000 Users.
