The BRUTAL Fall of Saigon
On the thirtieth of April, nineteen seventy-five, the Vietnamese capital city of Saigon fell to the North Vietnamese forces. From the tet offensive, to the fall of Saigon, this marked the end of the nineteen yearlong Vietnam War, and saw the dramatic evacuation of thousands fearful of the advancing communists. In today’s video, we will cover how the Vietnam war ended, the evacuation of so many and the consequences for the country.
