Repairing the CLAAS 44 62 pick-up drive
On Claas Class 44-62 balers, the treadmill often cracks, or the bearings need replacing. To remove it, you need to pull the treadmill drive hub off the shaft. It's cast iron and almost always cracks. We have a modified metal hub for this purpose, which is resistant to repeated removal and installation. We also have a complete list of necessary consumables for the baler.
