Sam Yam and his wife, Kay Oeng, opened Dockside Donuts at 1112 Puyallup Ave. in Tacoma, Wash., in 2010, but Yam has been making donuts since 1985. Their shop is now known as one of the best places to get a hand-made donut in Tacoma. #shorts #donuts
