Surprised by This Rooftop Pool Room in Pattaya

We head into Pattaya to celebrate a special birthday and spend the night. After a quick lunch. we board the Pattaya Mono-Rail and enjoy the three dollar tour but I'm most surprised and interested in a rooftop room I discover while touring our hotel.
