Warpless / Cannonless is a category where you beat the game as fast as you can without using any of the warp cannons to skip worlds. As a result, you are going through the game's natural route as fast as you can. Secret exits are allowed to skip levels to get access to the castles early.
Attempts this stream weren't very hopeful but I'm glad I pushed through to get a run like this.
