Microsoft Planner - How to use it for task management
You can access Microsoft Planner from Microsoft Teams, from portal.office.com and sync it with your Outlook Tasks.
This is a video describing what is Microsoft Planner and how to user Planner. Microsoft Planner is part of Microsoft 365 Business Applications used for Task Management.
Microsoft Planner is used for personal tasks management as well as team task management. It is organised in a way similar to other online task management apps and project management apps such as Asana, Monday.com and Trello.
It provides excellent integration with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft To Do and allows you to view your tasks or your project's tasks on your Outlook Calendar side-by-side with your other calendars (you may then share these calendars with project managements and senior executives who would love to see a snapshot of the project progress without needing to generate a project report).
