Cosmic Rush 2.0 Has Been Found! (LOST MEDIA)
Back in 2008, a Newgrounds game made by TheBlox was uploaded titled "Tails: Cosmic Rush". An endless runner, about Tails on a journey to save Cosmo. The game was later remade as a 2D platformer for SAGE 2011, titled "Tails: Cosmic Rush 2.0". Despite being popular amongst Sonic fans, and having new content planned for the future, it sadly was canceled. Cosmic Rush was still available to play on TheBlox's website until the website was taken down between 2015 to 2017.
Since then, the game has been considered lost media. The only remains were gameplay footage and screenshots, along with mockups from TheBlox for future levels and features. However, on February 16, 2022, the game was finally found and archived by Luma Emu! Let's take a look at some gameplay of Cosmic Rush 2.0.
UPDATE: TheBlox heard the news, and actually found the original files to Cosmic Rush 2.0! The game is officially back up on his website, along with a small 2.1 update!
