After updating your printer firmware to the latest version (N0 at the creation of this video) you will need to start using an updated ticket formatting tool; the previous version will no longer work completely. Additionally, Administrator rights must be given EVERY time the application is run, due to the way the Microsoft .NET framework communicates with COM ports.
