The Stolen Letter (Story)
The Stolen Letter or another named "The Purloined Letter." is a short story written by Edgar Allan Poe.
The story is about a stolen letter that contains sensitive information and is being used to blackmail the person from whom it was stolen. The thief is known, and the method of theft is also known.
However, the police are unable to retrieve the letter. The famous Parisian amateur detective C. Auguste Dupin is called in to solve the case.
Dupin uses his analytical intelligence and his understanding of human psychology to solve the case and retrieve the letter.
