Happy first week of June. Man, May just FLEW in didn't it? Sorry I didn't upload a vlog last week. I've been a bit under the weather with some minor health issues. Even now as I type, my energy is still quite low but all in all, May was a wonderful month filled with lots of weddings. I've spent a lot of time in my garden reading and admiring my new friends (aka my lovely plants).
It took me a long time learning to be still and present. Once I got better at it, the more I craved time to meditate. All this time I try to focus hard on having positive thoughts of gratitude which is wonderful too but when you learning to emptying the mind and be in a place of emptiness has been mind blowing life changing. Studying the Tao has been wonderful aid too.
