Hello, my name is Gemma Bailey and I'm the director of an organisation called NLP4Kids. We are currently recruiting new team members to help us to deliver the essential work that we do with children, young people, parents and teachers in helping them to overcome mental and emotional challenges. NLP is an alternative form of cognitive behavioural therapy. It works very quickly and very effectively, and at NLP4Kids we have adapted traditional techniques in NLP to make them simple and easy for young people to learn and understand. We work primarily with young people in the community where services locally are not able to meet their needs. Either because the number of young people requiring those services is so high or because services themselves are diminishing. Every single day we have parents reaching out to us, asking us to help them with their children and our practitioners will charge anywhere between £80 up to £180 per session to work with those children. But of course, I understand that not every family can afford those fees and this is why we do such important work with schools too. Very often schools will pay for our practitioners to be with them for a full day, every week for an academic year and we pay our practitioner up to £250 per day to deliver this work. But of course, schools can't always access this kind of funding which is why we work with them to apply for funds that will be able to pay for our services. In addition we have our own not for profit company called Superheroes, which is able to apply for funding from major trusts that you will have heard of - so that we are able to deliver the work that we do in schools and in the local community. Right now we are recruiting new practitioners to undertake the NLP4Kids training and to go on to join the NLP4Kids franchise, so that you can work with us to access the schools and families that reach out to us on a daily basis. Now for some of you training is the right way forward. Maybe you are a teaching assistant or a parent looking to up-skill yourself or maybe you're a practitioner of some kind already and want to take the NLP4Kids skills and weave them into whatever you're already doing - and that's absolutely fine. But for some of you, we would like to invite you to join the NLP4Kids franchise team. This means that you're going to be building your own business using our skills, our branding and our marketing strategies to attract schools and families to you so that you can go on to make a living whilst also making a difference.
