Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Nestle toll house semisweet chocolate chips
Chopped Baker's semisweet chocolate
Sea salt
Steps:
Melt butter on stove until browned/foamed
Let butter cool in bowl for 20 minutes
Whisk in separate bowl flour, baking soda, and salt
Combine brown and granulated sugar with butter until incorporated
Beat in eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy
Add in flour mixture and combine
Mix in chocolate chips and chopped chocolate
Let dough rest for 30 minutes
Preheat oven for 375°f
Scoop dough onto nonstick pan approximately 2 inches apart
Place 2-3 chocolate chips the top of each ball
Sprinkle sea salt on each ball
Bake for 9 minutes
