The time has come: The new military service reform will be implemented starting in 2026.
1. Mandatory online questionnaire
2. Mandatory conscription starting in July 2027 for all men born in 2008 or later
3. No lottery system (that was nonsense anyway)
I doubt that this will attract the 80,000 additional soldiers.
