In this comic, a determined furry robo dragon enters a contest with high hopes of winning a unique prize—a Protogen henchman! The contest encourages participants to draw their own Protogen and submit it, with the tantalizing promise that the winner’s creation could come to life as their new best friend. Our ambitious robo dragon dreams of the ultimate victory, imagining the thrill of having a loyal henchman by their side, ready to assist in all manner of devious plans.
Fast forward a few years, and the robo dragon’s wish comes true in the most unexpected way. A knock at the door reveals a surprise visitor—the very Protogen henchman they had drawn all those years ago! However, instead of the idealized sidekick the dragon envisioned, this Protogen comes with a shocking confession: in the time spent searching for their creator, they’ve committed countless crimes in their name, racking up an impressive but concerning criminal record.
The comic takes a humorous twist as the robo dragon is left to reckon with the consequences of their long-forgotten wish. Instead of the harmless, fun sidekick they imagined, they’ve unknowingly unleashed a chaotic force onto the world, all in the name of loyalty. The Protogen’s enthusiastic but misguided devotion adds a layer of dark comedy, making this comic a witty exploration of the old adage, “be careful what you wish for.”
