Make stars glow in space with few easy brush techniques.
These painting techniques can be used to add textures to surfaces, make random patterns, give objects halo effect and more. Do not be limited by your own mind.
I will start with watercolour paper with just a layer of black acrylic.
Before laying my hands on final painting, will be doing small and quick study to make sure I have mastered (to a certain degree of course) these brush techniques.
Making stars to appear as they are glowing in vast space is actually quite simple. I use old brush which has been cut with paper knife to make these halos around stars (or paint spots in this case) with a circular motion.
After that doing UV varnish to protect the painting, cutting white edges of paper and we are done :)
In this video I am using acrylics, but there are no reasons why oils, watercolors and other media cannot be used. Use what is comfortable for You.
