I saw the opportunity to use the Mooney for a work trip, so I grabbed right on to the chance. The trip included something I've wanted to do for some time, cross lake Michigan.
The efficiency of general aviation truly shined on this trip. Rather than spending 7 hours in a car each way, or 10 hours of round trip travel time commercially, the Mooney got me there and back in just 3.5 hours of travel time.
