The Maritime Security Accreditation and Digitization Process involves an examination of People, Processes, Platforms, and Performance (the “4 P’s” of Public Safety, talked about in an NMLEA White Paper: "Navigating the Changing Seascape of Maritime Public Safety"), and through the utilization of tools recognized nationally for their capabilities and application, the Accreditation team assesses a port entity’s DOMAIN. The questions asked and evaluated within each part of the DOMAIN are outlined in this video.
