In this episode we talk about the creation of habits and the support of technology to be able to manage our tasks regardless of whether they are manual tasks, given to us through email, or Teams chats, or even from projects.
Using some of the techniques which are outlined by Brian Tracy in Eat That Frog, Matt talks about the identification and prioritisation of tasks, and about making that a personal habit first of all.
Once the habit is established, Microsoft To Do can be used to support the habit by giving yourself one central location where you can access, manage, and achieve all of your tasks. Whether these tasks are emails flagged in Outlook, from Teams messages, or even ones assigned to me in Microsoft Planner related to projects, they are all brought into one place.
How do we then prioritise them? Find the biggest, ugliest frog first of all, eat it and then move on.
Enjoy!
