It's video shots of NJ Transit's Princeton Shuttle, better known as "The Dinky" that operates between Princeton and Princeton Junction, connecting with mainline trains at that location.
Scenes are at Princeton station, the Faculty Road crossing, and from both crossings in the parking lot at Princeton Junction, as the train of Arrow III EMU's trundles back and forth on its trips back and forth along the branch on a summer afternoon.
