Martin van Staden is the Head of Policy at the Free Market Foundation in South Africa. Martin additionally serves as the South Africa Policy Fellow at the Consumer Choice Center, the Editor of the South African Institute of Race Relations’ Index of Race Law, and is an advisor to the Free Speech Union SA. He is pursuing a doctorate in law at the University of Pretoria.
