Visit Visa Holders can now work in Canada... How True?
Visit visa holders who are currently in Canada can now apply for work permit inside Canada. This has been extended until 2025.
Before, all work permit applications has to be done outside of Canada, but after Covid started, IRCC started allowing work permit applicants to apply even they are inside Canada .
Great news, foreign applicants does not have to return to their Canada to apply for their work permits as ling as they have a valid job offer and LMIA approval. This reduces the processing time of the application.
