Bluetooth may not appear in Device Manager if the existing Bluetooth driver is not compatible with Windows 10. Try these steps to find a compatible driver:
1. Click on Start, type Device Manager, and select, in the list of results expand Other devices. (0:20s)
2. Select the unknown device, right click and then select Properties.
3. Select the Details tab, and then select Hardware ID in the Property list. Right click and then select Copy.
4. Search the Web for the id. Of hardware that you copied to try to find the name of the manufacturer of the Bluetooth radio. Then, visit the computer manufacturer's website to download a Bluetooth driver that is compatible with Windows 10.
