VACUUM PLATE 300 - The smart solution for vacuum testing
Leister is the leading manufacturer in the field of plastic welding and testing equipment.
Geomembranes, roofing membranes or other plastic foils can be easily tested for leaks using the VACUUM PLATE 300.
The surface is first sprayed on with soapy water and a vacuum is created by using the VACUUM PLATE 300. The underpressure can be adjusted individually by using the air valve.
Leaks are then easily detected by the visible building of bubbles. Leaks can be repaired afterwards by using hand extruders or hot-air hand tools from Leister. The vacuum test is only for checking the tightness.
For strength tests we recommend the use of a LEISTER EXAMO.
