Steps to fix the VALORANT stuck on 0 Download bug
1- Open cmd as admin
2- and type "sc delete vgc" and "sc delete vgk"
3- go to C:/Program Files and delete the Riot Vanguard folder
4- (If step 3 didn't work try pressing ctrl+shift+esc and closing all vanguard-related options)
5- Update the game from the riot client (It will download Vanguard again with a patch)
6- Restart the computer
7- Run the game
