1. Run gpedit.msc
2. Go to: User Configuration → Administrative Templates → System → Ctrl+Alt+Del Options
3. Double-click the "Remove Task Manager" policy.
4. Select the "Enabled" option.
5. Click Apply.
6. Click OK.
