Breaking News In Dallas! Confederate History is Now Illegal!
The city of dallas passed an ordinance today stating any public monuments or displays of the confederacy are now illegal. As well, it is now illegal to name any new installments after anything related to the confederacy. In response to this ordinance possibly passing, no surprise it passed by 13-1, this morning, they had a crane on standby at Robert E. Lee Park ready to remove a statue of his likeness erected by President Teddy Roosevelt, I could be wrong on which president erected it so don't quote me. Luckily a man halted the statue being removed on the ground that it is unconstitutional for the city to declare an ideology, even a controversial one, illegal. Spread the word.
