Eddie Van Halen - Eruption / Live in 1994
The most influencal guitarist since Jimi Hendrix, Eddie Van Halen with one of the most famous solos ever made, Eruption. I remember it was 1976, some buddies and I were cruising around when I bought this 8-track. When that solo was over we all just looked at each other with disbelief that someone could make a guitar sing like that. The solo ended and You Really Got Me started. We knew rock guitar would never be the same.
