how i make my guitar tone for metal
This is how I dial the tone you hear on most of my videos. You can do this with most modern guitar plugins, pedal-boards or modelers. For the thump videos its basically a similar tone with slightly lower gain, maybe a compressor if i want it to lower the gain a lot.
