CREATIVE MOVERS YOGA *complex choreography, faster pace.
This class has some complex choreography that could be confusing. Fun sequencing for those that like to move around the mat and use their mind with their bodies.
The class can be shorter if you don’t need a warm up, start at 10 min in. You can stop 45 min in if you don’t have time to put the whole sequencing together at the end!
