For ~16 pieces (~430g):
120ml of kefir
1 egg
50 ml of vegetable oil
30g of sugar
~ 250-270g flour
1 tsp baking powder
lemon zest
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for ~20 minutes. The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.
