Last year we found out about Paloma Coffee & Bakery by happening to walk by their Williamsburg, Brooklyn location. It was at night when we passed by it so we didn't go in right then and there, but we did return when it was open.
Our first visit was in December of last year. Arthur enjoyed a vegan cinnamon roll and Euka ate a galette with potatoes and egg. Both were solid! And to drink we had a flat white with oat milk.
After that initial visit we visited their then Greenpoint location also last year in December. It was a cold and windy day, so we got some pour-over coffee and pastries to-go and enjoyed the goodies at Transmitter Park.
Arthur had a moist and tasty vegan brownie and Euka had a generously stuffed hand pie. Both solid, again! And the pour-over too!
And this year we returned to the Williamsburg location, which is the main spot that is encompassed in this video. We wanted pour-over, but looks like they no longer were offering it, so we got a single origin Ethiopia batch brew coffee and a Palomita. As for pastries Euka had an olive oil cake and Arthur a vegan double chocolate chip cookie.
Then we decided a couple days later to check out their new flagship location in Greenpoint which opened earlier this year on March 4th. There we had an espresso to go and enjoyed it.
Thank you Paloma for your coffee, freshly baked pastries, and good neighborhood vibes!
