FAT and CHUNKY DISTORTION T-Rex Dr. Swamp
T-Rex Engineering Denmark built a dual channel distortion/overdrive pedal. Easy to have on one channel an rythem and on the other a lead tone. Both channels offering identical distortion sounds and each has his own switch, not possible to use both channel together its like shifting between A or B. Mostly I used them for stoner metal riffs and even doom cause of the great bass response. In some way it reminds me a little of an mix between distortion and fuzz while playing it via an crunch amp. It has some grind in the tones which makes it unique from the ultra clean high end distortions.
