Chiori, designer of Lyney/Lynette, Navia, and Kirara’s outfits has been released in Genshin Impact 4.5. Chiori is a geo off-field sub-DPS who uses mainly her elemental skill to do damage to enemies.
Ever since reading Kirara’s story/voicelines, I’ve been waiting for Chiori’s release. Now that she is finally here, I’ve gone through every weapon & artifact to bring to you the best possible Chiori build. (And yes – I do actually look through all of them as opposed to looking at others build guides and copying their conclusion.)
