The 4 legs of Public Education
All 4 legs must stand at the same height. None taller nor shorter than the others.
In teaching, I've learned the 4 corners of scholarship for todays public education.
Admin, Teachers, Parents and Students. There is USUALLY a problem when admin and students converse, and the same when parents and teacher converse. It's my personal experience that when you front load those relationships BEFORE a problem arises, you cant eliminate any excuses or barriers keeping students from being successful.
