Is what you need to link on your Youtube channel where you can get paid, It is advertising program that allows you to run ads on your website, blog or Youtubes videos.

For applying YouTube Monitization you will need a Google AdSense account and you must check your the country where you located. Especially your personal information otherwise you would have problem later when you are starting earning on Youtube.

I have changed my Google AdSense country before I got Monetized on YouTube because it was address in the Philippines. I would really have to do that because later on they will send me my Google AdSense Pin.

Kindly please be more careful by setting up your Google AdSense country before you get monetize on YouTube.
