CSS Animation: Animated Neon Glow with SVG Text
In this tutorial, I explain how to use CSS animation to create an animated neon glow.
We will:
create SVG Text with Figma
specify a CSS animation with @keyframes
use animation-name, animation-delay, animation-iteration-count and animation-direction to manage how the CSS animation plays out
