MEATBALL INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 large egg
PUREE INGREDIENTS
1 Roma tomato
2 garlic cloves
1 guajillo chile
1 cup water
2 Tbsp beef bouillon powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
SOUP INGREDIENTS
1/2 small onion
1 celery stock
1 large carrot
1 1/2 lb potatoes
2 Mexican squash
1 dried bay leaf
6 cups water
salt to taste
